Digital products: all sales are final. If a file I sold you doesn’t work, I fix that. If you were charged twice by mistake, that gets refunded. Services: the terms of your engagement govern. The details are below — same policy as the Terms of Service, spelled out on its own page.
Everything Digital Wolf Media sells as a digital product — books, planners, engines, downloads — is delivered digitally and is final sale. No refunds for change of mind, for buying the wrong item, or for not using it. That is the same “all sales are final” line in the Terms of Service, and it applies to every product.
Consulting and implementation work runs on the engagement’s agreement and statement of work (the Master Service Agreement and, where client data is involved, the Data Processing Agreement). Refunds on services follow those terms: work already done is paid for, and if an engagement ends early, the agreement’s ending terms say what happens next. The review windows and delivery promises stated on the service pages still stand.
Message Steven on Facebook at facebook.com/steven.motes.2025, or reply to the email your order came with. Say what you bought and what went wrong — a file that won’t open, a double charge — and it gets looked at personally, not by a ticket system.
When a refund is issued, it goes back through Stripe to the original payment method you paid with. Digital Wolf Media never sees or stores your card numbers, so the refund travels the same road the payment did. How fast it lands after Stripe sends it depends on your bank.
