Before you order
What happens after I send my order?
Your order is recorded and Steven emails you personally about your project. After that, you complete your PayPal payment — Premium $200 — and the build begins.
How do my pictures and video get to Steven?
Select and upload them right on the order form — they travel with your order. If a file is too large to upload, just email it to Steven after ordering and mention your name.
What if I need changes after the 24-hour review?
Message Steven and it's handled — small updates like new hours, new photos, or new services are part of how every build is treated. The 24 hours is simply when the build is considered accepted.
How do I cancel?
Within 3 days of ordering: just email Steven and say cancel — full refund. After delivery, sales are final, covered instead by the 24-hour review window.
